My lovely husband took me for brunch at The Living Room in Alum Chine, Bournemouth on Saturday morning.
It’s primarily a B&B but they’ve just started serving all day brunch with their new chef, Tansy. I can confirm, it’s amazing. We went for a coffee a few weeks ago as it’s literally round the corner from our house and just looking at the menu was making my mouth water. At the time, we had other plans and I’ve been dying to go and try it ever since.
I was not disappointed. Obviously, I chose the least healthy option, French toast with Oreo cookie crumble and chocolate sauce. It was delicious.
It’s such a nice, relaxed atmosphere in there and the owners are absolutely lovely. It’s got a real family vibe and genuinely looks like a Living Room. If you’re ever in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit, and obviously, being a B&B, you can stay there if you live a bit further afield! I’m looking forward to working my way through the menu! Think I’m going to opt for the salted caramel popcorn granola next time!

They’ve got a lovely video that tells you all about them
